Within Germany we ship with DHL. The costs for this are always €4.99. Packages to other European countries are sent with UPS.
All deliveries sent by us are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as the written confirmation of receipt has been received, this insurance cover expires.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to post boxes. In the case of partial shipments, the shipping costs are charged only once.

We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
If an item is available from stock, shipping with DHL Standard takes 2-5 working days. For deliveries with UPS to other European countries, the delivery time is usually between 2-5 working days. International deliveries are sent with DHL Express and usually take 3-5 working days. We then point out the resulting charges such as customs duties or taxes, which the customer bears.
